More Functional Lower Body
As a woman in my 50s, Brian helped me to become stronger, have more energy, do things at the gym that I never thought possible and look forward to my workouts. He makes training fun — it’s never the same old routine so I don’t get bored. Brian also made me more conscious of how to add more movement in my day and consider better food choices. Following a couple of knee surgeries, the workouts transfer to more functionality in my life — keeping me active. I’m a better kayaker, hiker, skier, able to stand up paddle board and take more stairs. I have more overall confidence. Having used other trainers in the past, I can sincerely say, Brian is the best!
