Brian Kent is not only a fantastic trainer, but an all around great guy and a great friend as well. He somehow makes even the most dull of exercises entertaining, all the while asking questions about how your day was and so on. However the most amazing part to me is that he is not asking these questions just to pass the time, he genuinely cares about his clients and their lives.

Brian is the type of person who makes me want to come in and workout, not only for self-satisfaction and physical improvement but also just to hang out with a really cool guy. He puts in an amazing effort to ensure that every single one of his clients are very close friends, as opposed to walking dollar signs. Day in and day out he displays a selflessness and desire to improve his clients overall lives that I have never in my experience seen before, and I am almost sure I will never see again in anyone else. Overall, Brian Kent is not only one of the best trainers in the country, he is also a great friend.
