Brian has provided me with great training for many years including a difficult time while I suffered from a deteriorating left hip joint. First, he developed a training program to maintain my strength and fitness while preparing for total hip replacement surgery. After my prescribed post- surgery physical therapy, he provided a great training “bridge” back to a full recovery, with a customized fitness and strength training program. Brian really has helped me to continue gaining strength, balance and flexibility. The new hip is great and the continuing fitness regimen keeps me motivated and in shape!
