Brian Kent is unquestionably an outstanding personal trainer. He is a professional who takes his craft and his obligation to his clients very seriously. That means that he is constantly learning new fitness techniques and developing ways to apply them to his clients. I have trained with Brian for over two years and can honestly say that every session I have had with him was both unique and specifically targeted to helping me achieve my stated goals — every session over two years! What that means is that every session is effective, efficient and fun.
Brian keeps my interest by always presenting me with a new challenge. He does all of this and is a very humorous, likeable and humble guy. My most recent goal is to be stronger but weigh less than I did when I played college football in 1979. With Brian’s help I am getting there.
